For Dancers

In 2010, I  spent a week working with the cast of the 50th anniversary production of “West Side Story”. It opened at  La Scala, and was performed in other venues, including the Chatelet in Paris and Sadler’s Wells in London’s West End. During my time with the cast, I was able to help the dancers by giving them knowledge of how to keep their bodies in the best possible shape. They saw immediate results and were very vocal in appreciation of the work we did together, and they talked about pain reduction and a feeling of better posture and alignment that they carried onto the stage.

I am very interested in working with company members and would like to expand my experience by working with performing dancers. Proper knowledge is something that continuously strengthens dancers and, furthermore, helps prevent injury –  something that can only help to protect company members.
