    Thank you Noa! I loved this on-line Yoga class and am sorry that I missed the in-person class today. This session was a good work-out for my back. I’ve had a weak back since I sprained it 30 years ago and I think if I did this class every day, my back would not be a weak back anymore! Thanks for putting your classes on your web-site. I “take you home to Canada” with me every spring so I can continue doing sessions throughout the winter.
